Reliance Jio DTH launch date and plans: You must have already heard about Reliance Jio GigaFiber – Jio Broadband service which promises to provide 1 Gbps speed using the optical fiber technology. Jio is now coming up with Jio DTH service to launch with Jio Fiber Broadband.
The way how other DTH network works and JIO DTH is very different. Jio is planning to provide a smart setup box with Jio broadband connection which will offer high internet speed and you can watch TV channels online using that Internet Setup box.
Jio DTH service launch date
Jio is already working on the Jio broadband service and the optical fiber cables are being grounded in all the cities. Jio is about to launch these services during the month of April. So you can expect JIo DTH launch date during May 2017.
How will Jio DTH service work?
Jio DTH is expected to work in very different way than the usual Airtel DTH and Tata Sky. You must be using JioTv on your phone with Jio SIM. The same way you will be able to use Jio DTH using an Android setup box or Apple setup box to stream any TV channel on your TV. T
he Jio DTH setup box will be powered through Jio broadband connection which will give a streaming speed up to 1 Gbps. You can watch any HD channel without buffering.
Jio DTH will have more than 300+ TV channels and more than 50+ HD channels. The development of this technology has already been started. You can expect the launch of Jio DTH next year.
Jio DTH Plans and monthly packs
If you are using any other DTH service then you must be paying around 250-300 per month. Jio DTH plans will be around Rs. 180-200. You will be able to access more than 300 channels and access to premium HD channels also.
